I just want to thank Dr. Rao for his contribution to enhancing my life! Before joining his Wellness Club, I was a little lost. Coming out of a painful long term relationship, I didn’t know where I was in my life. Joining him in his club, I was able to ask questions. Dr Rao then tailored his advice and practices to my needs just like a regular physician would for their patients except he looks deeper into my inner well being as well. Mental, emotional, physical as well as other aspects of my life I didn’t dare to examine. I so appreciate his advice and his counsel in all areas of wellness. During the morning classes, I learned how to increase my energy that lasted from dawn until midnight. I felt I was functioning with such calmness that if I ever got angry, within seconds of me becoming aware, it was gone as well . My sister noticed that I was up before her and went to sleep after her. She was curious how I was able to stay in that state throughout the day and night. I was grateful for her observations and told her why. She didn’t know yoga practices can do that. I told her I am the proof. Thank you Dr. Rao for your heartfelt service. I am better for it.

Sedentary lifestyle is an issue of great concern because of its deleterious health implications.
I gained sudden weight due to stress and depression which made me lose my self confidence and self esteem completely with limited physical activity, prolonged sitting at work, in cars, communities, work sites, home and public places.
It did impact my muscular activities , worsening my capability of even sitting down on the floor.

I can’t explain how it was when somebody in the speaker panel took my question to Dr. Rao and started giving me random and unwanted suggestions on my eating habits and all in an offensive way which Dr. Rao swiftly reacted to it and handled it with utmost gentleness and gave him a fit reply saying that it was not his call to advise me something so directly. These kind of negativity shouldn’t be pulling us down to low esteem . Wrong people can always be ignored when you have right ones right next to you that’s none other than
